- User-generated content: project notes, progress, and photos you upload (if enabled).
- Contact information when you submit a support request.

- Device data: device type, iOS version, anonymous device identifier, system language.

- Technical data: IP address (which may be anonymized), system logs, performance data.
3.3. Information from Third Parties
- If you sign in with Apple, we may receive a unique identifier and email address (private relay or real, depending on your choice).
- If you make In-App Purchases, transactions are processed by Apple; we do not store your credit card information.
3.4. Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not intentionally collect sensitive data such as health information, biometric data, or detailed financial data.
- We do not track you across third-party apps and websites for advertising purposes unless explicitly disclosed and permitted through App Tracking Transparency (ATT) on iOS.

- To provide, operate, and improve the Pham Theu app and its features.
- To store and sync your projects, progress, and personal settings (if sync is enabled).
- To process In-App Purchases through Apple.
- To send push notifications about project reminders or app updates — only with your permission.

We only access data necessary for the feature you are using.

- Apple Inc. — App Store, In-App Purchase, Sign in with Apple, and iCloud (if used).
Information disclosed here must match the App Privacy details (Privacy Nutrition Labels) submitted in App Store Connect.
8. Data Storage and Security
- Data is stored on your device and/or on secure servers.
- We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (such as HTTPS/TLS encryption and access controls) to protect data.
- No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee 100% security.

- Account and project data: retained until you delete your account or request deletion.
- Technical logs and crash reports: typically retained for up to 90 days, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Transaction data: retained as required by applicable accounting and legal requirements.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following cases:
- With service providers who help operate the App (under confidentiality agreements).
- When required by lawful request from a competent authority.
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of users and us.

13. Children’s Privacy
The Pham Theu app is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can delete that data.
14. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
On iOS 14.5 and later, if the App tracks your activity across third-party apps and websites for advertising or shares data with data brokers, we will display the ATT prompt and only track after you grant permission. If the App does not perform tracking, we do not request ATT authorization.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify you through the App or update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
